I spent the day watching the 66th 紅白歌合戦 (Kouhaku Uta Gassen, Year-end Song Festival). It is a live music show, aired every New Year's Eve in Japan. I think this is the second year in a row that I've watched the entire thing...? Derby practice on Saturday was fun. There's only three weeks left until our minimum skills test now. I honestly don't think I'll be able to pass it, but that's okay. Aaah I have something stuck in my throat. You know, in the place that connects nose, throat, and ears. It's an absolutely miserable state to be in, and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.
